As one of the most advanced olive mills in Europe, much of our Olive Oil mill’s new equipment was custom designed and build in Crete. Every piece of machinery used for extracting is made of stainless steel to ensure there is no possible contamination of the oil, either in composition or taste.

Our mill and bottling plant are certified for oil production and are proudly a plasticizer-free and carbon neutral factory. A plasticizer is a substance (typically a solvent) added to a synthetic resin to promote plasticity, flexibility, and reduce brittleness. In many factories around the world, plasticizers can be found in plastic tubes and equipment; however, medical research has shown plasticizers to be highly carcinogenic.

• No plastic materials ever encounter our olive oil as it could contaminate the oil. We recommend to our consumers that they never purchase olive oil in plastic containers.

• The olive oil making process is both simple and natural. Our unique, technologically advanced, and efficient olive oil mill can process olives into olive oil within 45 minutes of receiving the olives at the mill. We add nothing.
